本文报告视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者217例(主干120例,分枝97例)治疗的结果,患者大多数在40岁以上(占87％)。Ⅰ组:53例由于有抗凝剂禁忌证,只行普通疗法(抗硬化药、降压药、促吸收剂、血管扩张剂、血管保护剂,维生素类等)。Ⅱ组:79例所行治疗包括抗凝剂。Ⅲ组:85例应用抗凝剂、血栓溶解剂和抗聚集剂治疗。三组患者在年龄、病程和病情上差别不大。
This article reports the results of 217 patients with central retinal vein occlusion (120 in the trunk and 97 in the arm), most of whom are over 40 (87%). In group Ⅰ, 53 cases were treated with common therapy (anti-hardening drugs, antihypertensive drugs, absorption absorbers, vasodilators, vasoprotective agents, vitamins, etc.) due to contraindications to anticoagulants. Group II: 79 patients treated with anticoagulants. Group Ⅲ: 85 cases were treated with anticoagulants, thrombolytic agents and anti-aggregating agents. Three groups of patients in the age, duration and condition are not very different.
