概述了电力市场中的实时电价这一基础问题．具体分析了实时电价的组成成分和进一步的收益调节方案，并就实行过程中可能出现的一些因素及影响、乃至在我国的实际应用前景及相应措施进行了初步的探讨．
The basic issue of real-time electricity prices in electricity markets is outlined. The paper analyzes the components of real-time electricity price and further adjustment programs of income, and makes a preliminary discussion on some factors that may appear in the implementation process and their influence, and even the practical application prospect and corresponding measures in our country.
