文明寨油田是一个典型的极复杂小断块油田，进入中高含水期后油田开发三大矛盾不断加剧，产油量大幅度递减，含水上升加快，开发趋势变差。通过精细的地质研究分析，积极实施8项控水稳油配套措施，从而使油田开发效果不断改善，连续六年保持稳产，剩余可采储量采油速度达11％以上，使油田递减控制在较低范围内，可采储量增加，注水开发效果得到改善，各项措施达到全国一类标准，成为全国复杂小断块油田控水稳油的示范区。
Wenmingzhai Oilfield is a typical extremely complex and small fault block oilfield. After entering the middle and high water cut period, the three major contradictions of oilfield development are aggravating, oil production decreases drastically, water cut increases rapidly and the development trend becomes worse. Through careful geological research and analysis, we actively implemented 8 water stabilizing and oil matching measures so as to continuously improve the oilfield development effect, maintain a steady production for 6 years in a row, and the remaining recoverable reserves oil recovery rate is over 11%, making the oilfield decline control at a relatively low level Within the scope of recoverable reserves increased, the effect of water injection development has been improved, the measures reached a national standard, as a complex small fault block water control water and oil demonstration area.
