研究了在外约束条件下三种合金白口铸铁的热疲劳行为发热循环上限温度对热疲劳行为的影响。结果表明,在热循环过程中基体组织发生动态回复和再结晶,材料产生循环软化;在外约束条件下合金铸铁的热疲劳寿命决定于循环加热时材料塑性变形抗力及对热循环软化的抗力;三种材料中18CrZW及15Cr3Mo具有较高的热疲劳抗力;对于同一种材料,循环上限温度愈高,热疲劳寿命愈低。
The influence of the upper limit temperature of thermal fatigue on the thermal fatigue behavior of three alloyed white cast irons under external constraint was studied. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization and recrystallization of the matrix take place during the thermal cycling, and the material softens. The thermal fatigue life of the alloy cast iron under external restraint depends on the plastic deformation resistance and the resistance to thermal cycling softening. The materials 18CrZW and 15Cr3Mo have high thermal fatigue resistance; for the same material, the higher the upper limit temperature of the cycle, the lower the thermal fatigue life.
