研究了8个白菜型冬油菜品种在越冬过程中叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量变化及其与品种抗寒性的关系。结果表明:整个越冬期间,各品种的酶活性、可溶性物质含量的变化趋势基本一致,但变化幅度各品种之间有差异,表现为越冬率高的品种酶活性较高、可溶性物质含量较高。其中POD活性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量与品种抗寒性关系密切,在不同低温条件下可以作为选择抗寒性品种的指标。
The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, free proline content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in leaves of 8 Chinese cabbage winter rape cultivars And the relationship between cold hardiness. The results showed that during the whole winter, the variation trend of enzyme activity and soluble substance content of all cultivars was basically the same, but there were differences among the varieties with varying range. The results showed that the varieties with higher overwintering rate had higher enzyme activity and higher soluble matter content. Among them, POD activity, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content were closely related to cold tolerance of cultivars, and could be used as indexes to select cold-resistant cultivars under different low-temperature conditions.
