一、考试对象、性质和目的 高等职业技术学校招收中等职业学校毕业生考试,是由中等职业学校毕业生参加的选拔性考试。根据国家颁发的《职业高级中学(中餐)烹调技术教学大纲(试纲)》的基本要求,结合中等职业学校毕业生教育特点,兼顾普通中专、职业高中以及技工学校教材内容,并依据选拔人才为宗旨,特制定本考试大纲。 二、考试目标与形式 中餐烹调技术考试旨在测试考生中餐烹调技术的专业基础知识、基本技能、基本方法、应用能力、创造思维能力以及运用所学烹调知识、烹调方法去分析和解决实际问题的能力。 考试全卷均为选择题,试题分为单项选择题、双项选择题、多项选择题三种题型。 三、考试内容与要求
