以甲基苯基环硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基环四硅氧烷为原料,二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷为封端剂,在四甲基氢氧化铵催化下,采用阴离子开环聚合法,制得多乙烯基苯基硅油。考察封端剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度和时间对聚合物黏度、折光率和转化率的影响,用作硅橡胶交联剂时,乙烯基含量对硅橡胶耐热氧化性及力学性能的影响;结果表明:封端剂用量2%、催化剂用量1.25%时,100℃下反应4h制得的多乙烯基苯基乙烯硅油具有黏度低、折光率高、耐热性好等特点,与含氢硅油固化后的力学性能更好,可以满足LED封装的不同设计要求。
