本文介绍了Sasobit温拌改性沥青的制备工艺和改性机理,通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)研究了原样沥青和经RTFOT老化后沥青及经PAV老化后沥青的流变性能,然后利用弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)分析了Sasobit温拌沥青的低温流变性能,并与基质沥青和SBS作对比。结果表明,原样沥青和老化后沥青的车辙因子有所增加,但其疲劳因子有一定程度的下降;温拌剂对于沥青的低温流变性能有负面影响。
In this paper, the preparation process and modification mechanism of Sasobit warm-mix modified asphalt are introduced. The dynamic rheological tests (DSR) are used to study the rheological properties of as-received asphalt, aged asphalt after RTFOT aging and asphalt aged by PAV, Bending Beam Rheological Test (BBR) The low temperature rheological properties of Sasobit warm mix asphalt were analyzed and compared with matrix asphalt and SBS. The results show that the rutting factors of asphalts and aged bitumens are increased, but their fatigue factors are reduced to a certain extent. The warm bitumen has a negative impact on the rheological properties of bitumens.
