目的探讨绩效管理考核模式在泌尿外科护理管理工作中的作用。方法根据本院泌尿外科护理管理的工作内容制订相应的绩效管理制度,明确考核内容和方法,从质量、态度、工作量和效益等方面入手,与患者满意度和工作指标相对应,将考核结果统计评比。结果实施绩效考核分配后医护质量和病患满意度都有相应的提高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效管理对于提高医院护理工作质量,调动护理人员的积极性,落实各项基础工作有推进作用。
Objective To explore the role of performance management assessment in urology nursing management. Methods According to the work content of Urology Nursing Management in our hospital, a corresponding performance management system was formulated to clarify the contents and methods of examination. Starting from the aspects of quality, attitude, work load and benefit, and corresponding to patient satisfaction and work index, Statistical evaluation. Results After the implementation of performance appraisal, the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction increased accordingly, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Performance management has a positive effect on improving the quality of hospital nursing work, arousing the enthusiasm of nursing staff and implementing various basic work.
