近年来,研究作物抗病与同工酶活性的关系已日益广泛。本文是应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分别对小麦抗感白粉病(Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici)的4个品种过氧化物酶同工酶进行了比较研究。材料与方法(一)取样及酶液的提取供试品种共4个,它们是高感品种“蚰包”(蚰子麦×包打三百炮);中感品种“百泉565”[(辉县红×阿夫)×欧柔];高抗品种“肯贵阿1号”[(肯尼亚×贵农1号 F_4)×Atlas 66];中抗品种“洛夫林13号”(Skoraspelka 3B×Hei E)。种子在我院农场播种。在
In recent years, the relationship between crop disease resistance and isoenzyme activity has become increasingly widespread. In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the peroxidase isoenzyme activities of four wheat varieties resistant to powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis f. Sp. Tritici).
