离心式泥泵(简称泥泵)系在水力输泥过程中,用以产生水流,并用水力输送泥沙的机械。由于其所输送的泥沙水混合液的特性,决定了泥泵的磨损是无法避免的。为了提高泥泵的使用寿命,从泵内混合液的流动特性,近似地分析了泥泵部件磨损的基本规律;依据泥沙颗粒和碎片在磨损表面上动力冲击的大小,对泥泵磨损的机理进行了初步的探讨;总结了泥泵过流部件产生急剧磨损的主要因素,并据此提出了泥泵磨损的防护措施及修复工艺。
Centrifugal mud pump (referred to as the mud pump) is in the process of hydraulic mud transport, used to generate water flow, and hydraulic conveying sediment machinery. Due to the characteristics of the mixture of sediment and water they transport, it is unavoidable that the wear of the mud pump can not be avoided. In order to improve the service life of the mud pump, the basic law of wear of the mud pump components is analyzed approximately from the flow characteristics of the mixed liquid in the pump. According to the size of the dynamic impact on the worn surface of the sand particles and debris, The main factors that cause the drastic wear and tear of mud pump over-current components were summarized. Based on the above, the protective measures and the repairing process of mud pump wear were put forward.
