乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂炼油厂在气体分馏装置改造中应用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件,通过对设备的优化,提高了装置的处理量,改善了产品质量,提高了产率,并节约装置的改造费用。改造中保持原乙烷塔径1m不变,由浮阀塔板改用 DJ型筛孔塔板,节约新建脱乙烷塔费用 20 X10~4 RMB¥;新建丙烯塔采用 3台表面蒸发式空冷与同处理量采用4台湿式空冷和2台后冷相比,传热面积提高了30%,能耗降低25%,年节约操作费用64%;装置改造后丙烯产率达33.06%,比改造前提高约16个百分点,精丙烯纯度99.6%,达到国家优级品标准。
