胃粘膜肠化生与肠型胃癌细胞的形态结构有许多相似之处,本文对这两种细胞的核内小体(huclear body)进行了比较研究。用纤维内窥镜活体取材,其中肠上皮化生23例,乳头状腺癌及箭状腺癌11例。取出的组织块进行常规石腊切片及电镜超薄切片,用光镜和H—600型透射电镜观察。 1.核内小体一般分三种类型Ⅰ型:由直径5—7nm的细纤维组成,呈云絮状;涡卷状,或呈同心圆排列。
Gastric intestinal metaplasia has many similarities with the morphological structure of intestinal type gastric cancer cells. This article compared the huclear bodies of these two types of cells. In vivo biopsy was performed using a fiberoptic endoscope, including 23 cases of intestinal metaplasia, 11 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma and arrowhead adenocarcinoma. The extracted tissue blocks were subjected to conventional paraffin sections and ultrathin sections using electron microscopy. The sections were observed with a light microscope and a transmission electron microscope (H-600). 1. Intranuclear bodies are generally divided into three types: type I: composed of fine fibers with a diameter of 5–7 nm, in the form of clouds; scrolls, or concentric circles.
