本研究以15只家犬为受试对象，以左或右胸膜间注射布比卡因或生理盐水为处理因素，采用动脉直接测压和无创伤性心功能测定方法测量HR、SV、CO、VPE、HOI、MAP、CCP、VER和CMBR作为实验指标，就胸膜间注射布比卡因对心功能的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明左或右胸膜间注射布比卡因对心功能均无明显抑制，与某些作者的临床观察资料相符，为临床上进一步应用该法于镇痛提供了实验依据。
In this study, 15 domestic dogs were selected as experimental subjects. Bupivacaine or saline was injected into the left or right pleura as the treatment factors. The arterial pressure measurement and non-invasive cardiac function measurement were used to measure HR, SV, CO, VPE, HOI, MAP, CCP, VER and CMBR were used as experimental indexes to study the influence of intrapleural injection of bupivacaine on cardiac function. The results showed that left or right interbumanal injection of bupivacaine on cardiac function were not significantly inhibited, and some authors of clinical observations consistent with the clinical application of the method for further analgesic provides experimental evidence.
