声带水肿造成的器质性发音困难主要是继发性声门关闭不全或声带粘膜振动波形的紊乱或两者共同造成的。即使声带粘膜有很小的斑痕,声带振动波形也会受到干扰,发音困难也会很明显。嗓音手术的目的则是提高声门关闭的程度,消除干扰正常振动波形的因素,所以要求十分准确、仔细。手术时仅切除确实影响声门闭合或声带振动部分肿物。为保证手术准确无误,术前进行详细的动态喉镜检查十分必要。自1986年用间接喉显微动态镜手术为16位发音困难病人做了手术,与悬吊式显微喉镜手术比较,效果满意。方法为表面麻醉,病人右手
