一、前言 鋅蒸餾炉排出的罐渣除合鋅外,尚合有銅、鈷和贵金属等有价金属。綜合回收其中的有价金属,是火法炼鋅厂綜合利用的一个主要技术課題。为此我們曾经进行过一系列的試驗研究工作,如采用硫酸化焙烧一浸出、氯化揮发、鼓风炉熔炼、烟化法和选矿分离等方法,但都未能得到令人滿意的結果。1959年以来,开始采用旋涡炉处理,通过小型及扩大性試驗,都取得了較为滿意的技术指标。若与其它方法比較,采用旋涡炉具有下列几方面的优点。 (一)生产能力高旋涡炉的热强度較高,可达4×10~5(仟卡/米~3·时),反射炉一般为2×10~5(仟卡/米~3·时)。物料随高速风气流作螺旋运动,被离
First, the foreword Zinc distillation tank slag discharged in addition to zinc, there are still copper, cobalt and precious metals and other valuable metals. The comprehensive recovery of the valuable metals therein is one of the major technical topics for the comprehensive utilization of the fume smelter. To this end, we have conducted a series of experimental research, such as the use of sulfated roasting and leaching, chlorination volatilization, blast furnace smelting, fuming and beneficiation separation methods, but failed to get satisfactory results. Since 1959, the adoption of vortex furnace treatment has achieved satisfactory technical specifications through small scale and expansibility tests. If compared with other methods, the use of a vortex furnace has the following advantages. (A) high production capacity of high-temperature vortex furnace hot strength, up to 4 × 10 ~ 5 (Qian card / m ~ 3 · hour), the average furnace is 2 × 10 ~ 5 (kilocalorie / m ~ ). Material flow with high-speed wind for helical movement, was left
