文化是一个很厚重的词语,加强文化培养和提升文化内涵是永无休止的。企业班组文化建设也需要一个长期的、坚持不懈的过程,盲目地追求效果的想法行不通。通过对中石化山东胜利油田孤东集气队1#轻烃站和孤东采油二矿57#计量站班组文化建设的调研,进一步认识到:班组文化建设不能一蹴而就。要点:●班组职工要认识到班组文化建设永无止境。●班组文化应以职工为中心,创新班组文化建设。●要以更加开放的姿态迎接社会和时代的挑战。●企业管理者要将班组文化建设纳入绩效管理。
Culture is a very heavy word. It is never-ending to strengthen culture and enhance cultural connotation. Corporate culture and team building also needs a long-term, unswerving process, the blind pursuit of results does not work. Through the investigation on the cultural construction of the # 1 light hydrocarbon station of Gudong Gathering Team and the # 57 # measuring station of Gudong Oilfield Second Mine, SINOPEC Shandong Shengli Oilfield, we further realized that the cultural construction of the team and group can not be accomplished overnight. Key points: ● Staff and workers in shift teams should realize that there is no limit to the cultural construction of shift teams. Team culture should be staff-centered, innovative team culture. ● To meet the challenges of society and the times with a more open attitude. ● Business managers should incorporate team culture into performance management.
