糖胺聚糖存在于大多数海洋动物的组织中,目前主要利用酶解法进行提取,已确定的糖胺聚糖一共有7种。因为糖胺聚糖具有高生物活性和低毒副作用的特点,所以近年来国内外学者对海洋动物中糖胺聚糖的抗肿瘤、降血糖、增强免疫等活性研究逐渐增多,研究发现海洋动物糖胺聚糖可以抑制S180肿瘤细胞生长,促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖,增强NK细胞活性,清除O~(2-)·、·OH、DPPH·自由基,降低血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)和甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)水平,促进胆固醇代谢。这些特性都将使海洋动物糖胺聚糖成为医学及保健品行业重点研究对象,使得一些海洋动物得以高值化利用,促进海洋经济发展。本文主要对海洋动物中糖胺聚糖的研究现状、结构分类、提取方法、分离纯化、分析测定和生物活性进行了概述。

Because glycosaminoglycans have high biological activity and low toxicity and side effects, so in recent years, domestic and foreign scholars on marine animal glycosaminoglycan anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, enhanced immune activity increased gradually, the study found that marine animal sugar Aminoglycosides could inhibit the growth of S180 tumor cells, promote the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, enhance the activity of NK cells, and eliminate O 2- (2-) · · OH and DPPH · free radicals, and lower the total cholesterol (TC) , Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride (TG) in the serum and the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL), and promote the metabolism of cholesterol. All of these features will make marine animal glycosaminoglycan a key research target in the medical and healthcare products industry, allowing some marine animals to be used in high value and promoting marine economic development. In this paper, the current status, structural classification, extraction methods, isolation and purification, analysis and bioactivity of glycosaminoglycans in marine animals are summarized.
