随着当今社会市场经济的迅猛发展,大学生兼职已成为一股势不可挡的潮流。目前,高职院校大学生兼职的现状是:社会欢迎大学生到实践岗位“兼职”;薪金待遇并非是大学生兼职的唯一目的;兼职学生亟待提高沟通与协调能力;急需引导学生提升应对困难的能力。因此,高职院校要尽快成立专门服务于高职学生的兼职中介与服务机构,搭建学生与社会沟通、为社会服务的平台。 With the rapid development of market economy in today’s society, part-time college students have become an overwhelming trend. At present, the status quo of part-time college students in higher vocational colleges is: the community welcomes students to practice position “part-time ”; salary is not the sole purpose of college students part-time job; part-time students need to improve communication and coordination; urgent need to guide students to improve response to difficulties ability. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should set up part-time intermediary and service institutions that serve professional students as soon as possible so as to establish a platform for students to communicate with the society and serve the society.
