中国政府为了给铁路运输注入新的活力,纾缓沿海地区铁路的“瓶颈”,最近决定扩大铁路领域的对外开放,吸纳外资参与合作发展准高速铁路和高速铁路,力争在本世纪未完成“三准二高”重点项目,即广深、广珠、福厦三条准高速铁路,以及京沪、沈秦两条高速铁路的修建计划。广州到深圳的准高速铁路,是大陆第一条自行设计、自己施工的高速铁路,全长147公里,火车时速160公里,总投资20多亿元人民币。这条准高速铁路于1991年末开始动工兴建,目前已初具规模,累计完成建设投资近28亿元,可望在今年末建成通车。
In order to inject new vitality into railway transport and ease the “bottleneck” of the railways in coastal areas, the Chinese government recently decided to expand opening up in the field of railways and attract foreign investment to cooperate in the development of quasi-high-speed railways and high-speed railways so as to strive for the completion of the “three Quasi-two-high ”key projects, namely Guangshen, Guangzhu, Fuxia three quasi-high-speed railway, and the Beijing-Shanghai, Qin Qin two high-speed railway construction plans. The high-speed railway from Guangzhou to Shenzhen is the first high-speed railway designed and built by the mainland itself. It covers a total length of 147 kilometers and has a train speed of 160 kilometers per hour with a total investment of over 2 billion yuan. The quasi-high-speed railway started construction at the end of 1991 and has begun to take shape. It has completed a total investment of nearly 2.8 billion yuan and is expected to be opened to traffic by the end of this year.
