受医疗市场与医疗体制改革的影响,医院的管理也发生了很大的变化,从财务管理的角度来讲,当前的军医院除了具备军队财务管理的性质,同时又具有地方医院财务管理的特点,其经济活动的涉及面广、流通环节复杂、核算层次多,在这样的情况下,必须要加强军医院的财务管理,提高财务管理工作质量,保障军医院长远、稳定发展,为军人和社会群众提供更加高质量、高水平的医疗服务。本文基于作者自身的工作与学习经验,主要以新疆兵团第三师医院为例,对如何做好其财务管理工作进行了思考与探讨,以期能为我国军医院提供参考,对军医院财务管理工作质量的提升起到促进作用。
