通过数学物理方法 ,推导出了小井眼固井顶替过程中液体环空层流流动方程组 ,通过保形变换、数值差分等处理 ,成功地编制出了计算机运算程序 ,得出了液体环空层流速度场、流量场分布规律。根据这套软件计算出了最佳小井眼环空结构、水泥浆 n、K值范围、偏心度等参数。根据相似理论 ,制造了两套摸拟实验装置 ,通过小井眼冲洗、顶替实验 ,得出环空结构、水泥浆性能、泥浆性能、静止时间等一系列因素对于小井眼顶替效率的影响程度 ,最终提出了提高小井眼固井顶替效率的途径和方法。
