目的保护结核病实验室工作人员的健康,防止传染病的传播。方法基层实验室设计、生物安全柜的安装使用、样品的采集,污染物的处理、对工作人员的要求等方面对结核病实验室的安全防护问题进行了摸底。结果基层80%的结核病实验室不符合生物安全要求,实验室的窗户离马路、行人路道、公共场所较近。结论最好使用二级生物安全柜,并安装在远离门窗、行走区的地方。痰标本的采集最好在户外空旷场地阳光下采集,以避免对实验人员造成危害;对用过的污染物可采用次氯酸钠溶液浸泡后高压灭菌、焚烧、深埋等处理方法。做好结核病实验室的生物安全,就能有效的保护实验人员的身体健康。
Objective To protect the health of TB laboratory staff and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Methods The grassroots laboratory design, the installation and use of biological safety cabinets, the collection of samples, the handling of pollutants, the requirements of staff and other aspects of the safety protection of TB laboratories were thoroughly investigated. Results 80% of the TB labs in the grassroots level did not meet the biosafety requirements. The lab windows were close to the road, pedestrian road and public places. Conclusion It is best to use a secondary biological safety cabinet and install it away from doors, windows, and walkways. The collection of sputum samples is best collected outdoors in open sunlight to avoid harm to the laboratory staff; used contaminants can be treated with sodium hypochlorite solution after autoclaving, incineration, deep-buried and other treatment methods. To do a good job in the biological safety of TB laboratory can effectively protect the health of laboratory personnel.
