Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are widely involved in a variety of biological processes,including epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).In the current study,we found that lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 8 (SNHG8) was tightly correlated with EMT-associated gene signatures,and was down-regulated by Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) during EMT progress.Functionally,knockdown of SNHG8 induced EMT in epithelial cells,through destabilizing the CDH1 mRNA de-pendent on a 17-nucleotide sequence shared by SNHG8 and CDH1.In addition,analysis with public database showed that SNHG8 tended to be down-regulated in different cancer types and the lower expression of SNHG8 predicted poorer prognosis.Taken together,our study reports a ZEB1-repressed lncRNA SNHG8 which is important for stabilizing CDH1 mRNA,thereby maintaining the epithelial status of epithelial cells.

鄂尔多斯盆地上古生界二叠系山西组具有丰富的煤系气资源,分析煤系气成藏地质条件,预测其蕴藏的资源潜力,对深化盆地非常规天然气的勘探有重要意义.以鄂尔多斯盆地山西组为目的层,基于岩心观察和单井地层发育特征分析,结合扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析、气体吸附实验等一系列分析测试成果,详细研究了烃源岩的地质、地球化学特征与储层的矿物组分、孔隙结构、物性特征,进而分析煤系气成藏地质条件并进行资源潜力预测.研究结果表明:(1)山西组烃源岩纵向上单层厚度较薄、层数多,平面上东厚西薄,烃源岩有机碳含量高,有机质类型为Ⅱ2、Ⅲ型,

近年来,渤海湾盆地渤中坳陷天然气勘探相继取得重大突破,成为未来天然气勘探的重要区带.基于三维地震、测井、录井等资料和油气地球化学等分析化验资料,系统总结了渤中坳陷天然气藏特点及成藏主控因素,理清了天然气勘探潜力和下一步勘探方向.研究结果表明,渤中坳陷天然气藏主要分布于太古宇变质岩潜山、下古生界碳酸盐岩潜山和新生界古近系砂砾岩体中.天然气藏CO2含量差异大,低含CO2气藏为凝析气,高含CO2气藏为干气.大型天然气藏的形成受多因素联合控制:混合型烃源岩晚期快速熟化高强度生气是大型气藏形成的物质基础,多类型优质

鄂尔多斯盆地中东部地区奥陶系马家沟组发育巨厚的盐岩、膏岩沉积,封盖性能好,膏盐岩之下的碳酸盐岩一直是备受关注的重要勘探领域.在对区域构造沉积背景及沉积相带分布研究的基础上,以马家沟组马五段膏盐岩盖层之下的马四段碳酸盐岩为目标,主要开展了储层及成藏特征研究.研究认为:马四段白云岩分布主要受控于古隆起控制下的台内分异作用,发育滩相晶间孔型白云岩储层,马三段等层段的溶孔型白云岩储层也具有较好的储集性能;加里东期的风化剥蚀作用造成马四段白云岩与上古生界煤系烃源岩、奥陶系盐下海相烃源岩形成了空间配置关系,天然气成藏
