许多硫酸盐浆厂的漂白过程中使用ClO2替代氯,即使在整个过程中常常加入一些O2和H2O2来增强碱抽提段,但整个漂白过程是基于ClO2的使用(DEDED漂序)。因此漂白化学反应可以概括为ClO2与木素的反应。由图1可知,尽管发生多个副反应,但主要的反应机理是打开自由酚基环。
Many sulfate pulp mills use ClO2 instead of chlorine during the bleaching process. Even though O2 and H2O2 are often added throughout the process to enhance the alkaline extraction stage, the entire bleaching process is based on the use of ClO2 (DEDED bleaching). Therefore, the bleaching chemical reaction can be summarized as the reaction of ClO2 and lignin. As can be seen from Figure 1, the main reaction mechanism is the opening of the free phenol ring despite multiple side reactions.
