劳动工资统计是基层单位发展过程中主要的工作内容之一。通过对工作人员的劳动状况统计处理,最终支付相应的薪资数目,以此保障乡镇府的稳定发展。因此基层单位劳动工资统计对于其发展影响较大,并且对于员工的稳定工作以及社会的稳定都造成了较大的影响。在此现状下,本文针对乡镇府劳动工资统计存在的问题与对策,进行简要的分析研究。
Labor wage statistics is one of the main tasks in the development of grassroots units. Through the statistical processing of the working conditions of staff, the final payment of the corresponding number of salaries, in order to protect the stable development of township government.
