提出了一种适用于高温高压条件下的在线毛细管黏度测量方法,设计并搭建了相应的实验系统。通过与高温高压循环系统连接,可实现压力(约30 MPa)、温度(约773 K)范围内的流体黏度在线测量。利用该实验系统,在线测量了压力分别为12、23、25、28 MPa下,温度303 46~383 28 K范围内纯水的动力黏度。较之NIST文献数据,本文实验数据的相对偏差绝对平均值为2.01%。
An in-line capillary viscosity measurement method suitable for high temperature and high pressure is proposed, and a corresponding experimental system is designed and constructed. Through the connection with the high temperature and high pressure circulation system, it is possible to measure the fluid viscosity in the range of pressure (about 30 MPa) and temperature (about 773 K). Using this experimental system, the dynamic viscosities of pure water in the range of 303 46 ~ 383 28 K were measured online at pressures of 12, 23, 25 and 28 MPa respectively. Compared with NIST literature data, the absolute mean deviation of experimental data in this paper is 2.01%.
