由近期回填土(尤其是特殊性土)组成地基的强度与变形受控因素很多,控制变形协调主要因素受原始地形、地貌与填土性质、厚度及其处理质量等,使处理后的地基满足上部结构荷载下地基的强度与变形难度较大。该文以涉县某小区住宅楼地基处理为例,采用水泥土挤密桩消除地基土的湿陷性,通过地基分区控制复合地基置换率和桩长,达到整个地基强度与变形的统一。这些方法和措施的联合应用,实践证明是成功的。

The joint application of these methods and measures proved to be successful.
