对二氧化碳的低温液化法进行了节能分析计算 ,指出液化压力过低是液化功耗较大的主要原因 ,提高液化压力是节约功耗的重要手段 ,提出了 3种新的液化流程并进行了经济性计算 ,二氧化碳本身也可以作为制冷剂在液化流程中使用。
Energy-saving analysis and calculation of the low-temperature liquefaction of carbon dioxide have been carried out. It is pointed out that liquefaction pressure is the main reason for large liquefaction power consumption. Increasing the liquefaction pressure is an important means of saving power. Three new liquefaction processes are proposed and the economy Calculated in nature, carbon dioxide itself can also be used as a refrigerant in the liquefaction process.
