在科技飞速发展的今天,机械制造业逐渐向着数控化、柔性化、自动化、智能化、灵敏化、高端化方向发展。然而,由于钳工操作具有灵活性、工作范围广、技术性强、任务相对复杂等特点,使得现代科技尚无法真正取代钳工操作。如装配调试、安装维修、工具制造等方面尚必须依靠钳工来完成。因此无论是现在还是将来,钳工都会在机械制造领域占有一席之地。因此对钳工基本技术与基本操作的研究和分析仍然意义重大。
In today’s rapid development of science and technology, machinery manufacturing industry gradually toward the numerical control, flexibility, automation, intelligence, sensitivity, high-end direction. However, due to the flexibility of fitter operation, wide range of work, strong technical ability and relatively complex tasks, modern technology can not really replace the fitter’s operation. Such as assembly and commissioning, installation and maintenance, tool manufacturing, etc. must still rely on fitter to complete. Therefore, whether it is now or in the future, fitter will have a place in the field of machinery manufacturing. Therefore, the basic skills and basic operations fitter research and analysis is still significant.
