组织学习理论对成功经验可能产生的过度开发陷阱给予了警示,但它对企业绩效的影响机制却仍缺乏系统的实证检验。同时,动态能力对不同企业绩效产生的差异性影响也未得到足够的关注。基于对动态能力迁徙的思考,研究成功经验陷阱对创新动态能力及企业创新绩效的影响。通过117家中大型中高科技企业的问卷调查,用结构方程模型分析发现:成功经验陷阱抑制企业的创新动态能力,进而弱化了其对创新绩效的正向影响,而组织情境因素如战略和环境动态性对三者关系的权变调节效应并不显著。研究通过实证揭示了知识对能力和绩效可能产生的阴暗面效应,同时完善了学界对动态能力迁徙原因的认知。
Organizational learning theory warns of the over-exploitation pitfalls of successful experience, but its mechanism of influence on business performance is still lack of a systematic empirical test. At the same time, the differential impact of dynamic capabilities on different business performance has not received sufficient attention. Based on the thinking of the migration of dynamic capabilities, this paper studies the impact of successful experience traps on innovation dynamic capabilities and firm innovation performance. Through the survey of 117 large and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, the structural equation model analysis shows that the successful experience trap inhibits the innovation dynamic capability of enterprises, further weakening its positive impact on innovation performance, while the organizational contextual factors such as strategic and environmental dynamics Contingency regulation effect on the relationship between the three is not significant. The research reveals the dark side effect that knowledge can have on ability and performance, and at the same time perfects the academic understanding of the reasons for the migration of dynamic ability.
