进行了大扶康、大蒜素、大蒜油注射液抗深部真菌药效学的研究 ,采用沙氏培养基倍比稀释法观察不同接菌量、不同培养时间对药物最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)、最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)的影响 .用1× 10 5cfu/ /mL的接菌量 ,测定了大扶康、大蒜素、大蒜油注射液对 6 5株 (临床分离和标准菌株 )深部真菌的MIC50 、MIC90 、MBC50 、MBC90 .结果显示大扶康对白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌和新型隐球菌有较好的抑制作用 ,而对其它真菌无抑制作用和杀灭作用 .大蒜素、大蒜油注射液对所有真菌均有抑、杀作用 ,说明他们具有广谱抑、杀真菌的作用特点 .提示 :临床在不明确的严重真菌感染时 ,可联合用药
The anti-deep fungus pharmacodynamics of Dafukang, allicin, and garlic oil injections was studied.
