在市场经济与知识经济的双重作用下,现代图书馆管理中“以人为本”的管理思想被越来越多的人所接受,人本思想的管理理念正逐渐被用于现代化的管理工作当中,也就是我们所熟知的“柔性管理”模式。柔性管理注重对于人心的管理,这在我国当前的图书馆建设与管理过程中是尤为重要的。可见,在信息技术与知识经济的重重压力下,现代图书馆管理必须从“人”的角度着手,在柔性管理的模式下充分调动工作人员的积极性,注重隐性知识的运用,在知识创新的过程中实现现代化管理的理念,促进图书馆工作的有序开展。
