在现代化钢铁工业飞速发展的大背景下,冶金铸造吊的应用逐渐趋向高速化、大吨位。在大吨位铸造吊的主起升传动链中,一旦发生故障,就会对整个生产线的运行造成影响,甚至引发重大人身事故,对生命与财产造成威胁。因此,对大吨位铸造吊的主起升机构研究非常重要。现结合当前钢铁工业发展现状,对大吨位铸造吊主起升的结构形式进行分析与阐述。
In the context of the rapid development of the modern steel industry, the application of metallurgical casting cranes tends to become more and more large-tonnage. In the main lifting chain of a large-tonnage casting crane, once a fault occurs, it will affect the operation of the entire production line and even cause major personal accidents, posing a threat to life and property. Therefore, the research on the main hoisting mechanism of large tonnage casting cranes is very important. Now combined with the current development of the steel industry status quo, the structure of large tonnage foundry crane lifting analysis and elaboration.
