近年来,我们应用普鲁卡因静脉滴注治疗缺血性脑血管病35例,并与5%碳酸氢钠液治疗病情相近的35例进行对照观察,结果介绍如下。一般资料本文35例诊断按1978年第二届全国神经精神科学术会议制定的标准诊断。本组男性23例,女性12例,最小35岁,最大77岁,26例在50～70岁之间。病程自发病至开始治疗间隔时间30分钟至6个月不等,有25例在1周以内。本组有意识障碍者5例,上肢肌力0～1级者21例,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级者7例,Ⅳ级者6例,Ⅴ级
