一种简易的小动物一氧化氮吸入系统的研制

The system designs a set of inhalation system of nitric oxide (NO) for small animals. The system mainly includes a plexiglass chamber, a gas collecting pump, a flow meter, a mixed gas of NO and N2, a pure oxygen and nitrogen oxide analyzer, CO2 monitor. During the experiment, 6-7 rats were inhaled into the chamber to inhale 20ppm, 40ppm, 80ppm of NO8h, record the concentration of NO, NO2, O2 and CO2 every 20min. The results show that the measured concentration of NO in the cabin is similar to that of the experimentally designed NO. The concentration of oxygen in the cabin is similar to the concentration of oxygen in the air. The maximum concentrations of NO2 and CO2 are no more than 3ppm and 0.3%, respectively. During the whole inhalation , The gas concentration in the cabin tends to be stable. The system is simple in structure and easy to use and can be used for long-term inhalation of NO in rats.
