以往,不作结素试验直接接种卡介苗未能广泛使用,是因为怕受染者发生严重反应,特别是病灶的爆发。为了解直接划痕接种卡介苗在已受感染的人中是否有害,我们作了以下的试验。对象:分两组:①.2-7岁儿童对5个单位旧结素反应阳性;x线透视肺部正常者240名,有病变者2名。②.成人对20个单位旧结素反应阳性;x线透视肺部正常者166名,有陈旧病变者15名;对1个单位旧结素反应阳性的活动性肺结核患者108名。共531名。方法:531名在接种前均进行X线检查,用每毫升含75亳克的卡介苗液,以划痕法给予接种。划痕为每边长1厘米的“田”字形,一般地每日观察,但于72小时着重检查局部反应、局部淋巴结反应及全身反应,并于21日再作X线检查。我们选择72小时及21日复查,是因为以往的经验这两个时间反应最明显的原故。结果:如下表。
In the past, it was not widely used to test for the direct inoculation of BCG because of the serious reaction of the infected person, especially the eruption of the lesion. To understand whether direct-scratch BCG vaccination is harmful in infected individuals, we conducted the following test. PARTICIPANTS: The patients were divided into two groups: ① children aged 2-7 years were positive for 5 units of nodules; x-ray showed 240 normal lungs and 2 lesions. ② adult adults were 20 units of nodules positive reaction; 166 cases of normal lung x-ray fluorosis, 15 cases of old lesions; on a unit of nodules reactive aggression positive active tuberculosis 108 patients. A total of 531. Methods: 531 patients were examined by X-ray before inoculation. Vaccination was given by scratch method using BCG solution containing 75 milligrams per milliliter. Scratches 1 cm long on each side of the “Tian” glyph, generally daily observation, but in 72 hours focus on local reactions, regional lymph node reaction and systemic reactions, and again on the 21st X-ray examination. We chose to review 72 hours and 21 days because of the past experience, the most obvious of these two reactions. Results: The following table.
