职工民主管理是职工以主人翁的身份通过各种途径和形式,参与行使民主管理活动。民主管理工作是工会工作的重要组成部分,是激发职工民主意识、积极参与单位管理的重要途径。不断拓宽民主渠道,创新民主管理方式方法,建立民主管理长效机制,满足职工的民主愿望是工会组织必须面对的新课题。
Democratic management of workers is the worker’s identity as a masters through various channels and forms, participate in the exercise of democratic management activities. Democratic management is an important part of the work of trade unions and an important way to stimulate the democratic consciousness of workers and employees and actively participate in the management of units.
