为了解决镁合金板常温下难成形的问题,采用液体介质加热进行了AZ31B镁合金的单点渐进成形实验。并通过改变实验参数对方锥件出现的侧壁鼓凸现象进行了分析。结果表明:液体介质加热的方法可以实现镁合金板料的渐进成形,改变加工参数能够实现对侧壁鼓凸高度的控制。
In order to solve the difficult problem of forming magnesium alloy plate at room temperature, single point progressive forming experiment of AZ31B magnesium alloy was carried out by using liquid medium heating. The phenomenon of sidewall bulge appeared in the cone was analyzed by changing the experimental parameters. The results show that the method of liquid medium heating can realize the progressive forming of magnesium alloy sheet, and the control of the height of the sidewall bulging can be achieved by changing the processing parameters.
