目的探讨耳廓假性囊肿的有效治疗方法。方法对112例耳廓假性囊肿患者行穿刺抽液加石膏固定,10d后拆除,术后随访。结果 97例经一次治疗后痊愈,15例经二次治疗后痊愈,随访3～6个月无复发。结论穿刺抽液加石膏固定治疗耳廓假性囊肿,方法简单,取材方便,疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of auricle pseudocyst. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with auricle pseudocyst were punctured and fixed with plaster, and were removed after 10 days. The patients were followed up. Results 97 cases recovered after one treatment and 15 cases recovered after secondary treatment. No recurrence was observed in 3 to 6 months follow-up. Conclusion Puncture fluid and gypsum fixation of auricle pseudocyst, the method is simple, easy to draw, efficacy is positive, it is worth promoting.
