目的:探讨超声在诊断痛风性关节炎患者中的价值.方法:选取2020年2月-2021年1月我院诊治的36例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究组,同期36例非痛风性关节炎患者作为对照组.所有患者均接受超声检查.结果:两组患者超声特征存在显著差异性(P＜0.05);痛风性关节炎患者超声图像特征表现为痛风石、双轨征、关节内点状强回声以及聚集体等.结论:超声诊断痛风性关节炎有特异性征像,可以应用于痛风患者的诊断和治疗随访中.“,”Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis. Methods: 36 patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study group, and 36 patients with non gouty arthritis in the same period were selected as the control group. All patients received ultrasound examination. Results: there were significant differences in ultrasonic characteristics between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05); the ultrasonic image characteristics of patients with gouty arthritis were gout stone, double track sign, intra-articular punctate hyperechoic and aggregate. Conclusion: ultrasound diagnosis of gouty arthritis has specific features, which can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of gout patients.
