编辑同志:近日,笔者参与了某地区工会经审情况调研,调查了25家私营企业,没有一家能按全部职工工资总额的2%计提工会经费,也没有一家按计提工会经费的40%上缴上级工会经费。据随机抽查的5家私营企业汇总情况来看,2014年12月全部职工工资总额为286.47万元,根据《中华人民共和国工会法》有关规定,单位应缴上级工会经费22918元,而企业实缴资金13600元,少缴9318元,实际缴费率为59.3%。
