在海藻栽培中,石花菜劈枝分苗栽培生产是利用断枝再生来增加产量的。因此,研究断枝离体再生有着很大的现实意义。关于其它经济海藻断枝离体后有无再生能力,不同种类断枝离体后再生能力是否相同,同一种类不同部位再生能力是否一样,它们在不同水温条件下生长情况如何?我们以蜈蚣藻(Grateloupia filicina)、江蓠(Gracilaria verrucosa)、海膜(Halymenia sinensis)、扁江蓠(G.textorii)、红翎菜(Solieria mollis)为试验材料对切段体再生情况做了比较系统的观察,现将结果报告如下。
In the cultivation of seaweed, stone flower branches and seedlings planted wood production is the use of regenerative branches to increase production. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study regeneration of broken branches in vitro. On the other economic seaweed broken branches in vitro regeneration ability, different types of branches off-the-line regeneration ability is the same, the same kind of different parts of the regeneration ability is the same, how they grow under different water temperature conditions? We centipede algae ( Grateloupia filicina, Gracilaria verrucosa, Halymenia sinensis, G.textorii, and Solieria mollis were used as experimental materials to study the regeneration of cut section. The results reported below.
