近年来,新能源汽车成为汽车行业进入战略性新兴产业发展的热点,面对政府政策的出台,各级地方政府和汽车厂商争先规划提升新能源汽车的产能。目前进入产业化攻坚阶段。2011年汽车整车企业生产和销售的新能源汽车不足1万辆,2012年国内生产新能源汽车首次突破万辆达到12 552辆,新能源汽车总保有量3万余辆。显然,新能源汽车的发展还未进入市场形成产业化格局,具有十分巨大的发展空间。新能源汽车的发展会催生新的汽车零部件市场需求,但是新能源汽车从发展之初到现在,始终就没有摆脱过制约其发展的一系列困境。虽说新能源汽车的困境总结起来,无非就是技术能力、配套设施、产业化水平这几个方面的不足,但要真正有所改善,还需要很长的时间。本刊特此邀请汽车行业的专家来谈谈新能源汽车的困境与发展。
