了解护生教学实习期的认知情况和心理状况,有针对性地采取措施,达到提高带教质量、培养合格护士的目的。制定了护生教学实习期认知情况调查表,对已完成二年课堂学习,初进临床实习满一个月的中专护生进行调查,结果表明:护生在认知方面存在着一些偏异,也反应了护理师资整体素质亟待提高。
Understand the cognitive and psychological conditions of nursing students during the internship period and take targeted measures to achieve the goal of improving the quality of teaching and training qualified nurses. A questionnaire on the cognition of nursing students during the internship period was drawn up. The survey was conducted on the nursing students who had completed the first two years of classroom study and entered the clinical internship for one month. The results showed that there were some differences in cognition among nursing students. It also reflects the overall quality of nursing staff needs to be improved.
