目的:探究精细化管理在手术室管理中的作用效果。方法:选取100例我院2016年5月至2017年4月收治的患者作为观察组给予精细化管理,并选取同期100例患者作为对照组给予常规管理,采用自拟的满意度调查表对两组患者进行满意度调查。结果:经管理干预后,观察组患者满意度高达94%,对照组患者满意度仅有82%,表明观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:在手术室管理中实施精细化管理可显著提高患者对手术的满意度,对改善医疗服务质量具有重要的价值,应大力在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of fine management in operating room management. Methods: 100 cases of patients admitted from May 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group for meticulous management. 100 patients in the same period were selected as the control group for routine management. Results: After the management intervention, the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was as high as 94%, while that of the control group was only 82%, indicating that the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of meticulous management in operating room management can significantly improve patient satisfaction with the operation, which is of great value in improving the quality of medical services. It should be vigorously promoted and applied clinically.
