缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)是临床常见的病理损伤过程,这一过程是多因素,多途径交叉进行的,已有研究证明:再灌注引起的氧自由基大量生成而引发脂质过氧化导致组织损伤是IRI发病的重要原因。但迄今尚无有效的防治方法。茶多酚(teapolyphenols,TP)为绿茶的主要活性成分,近年来许多文献报道,TP对动物实验性IRI有不同程度保护作用,这种保护作用可能与TP清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化反应、提高机体抗氧化能力、改善氧化应激损伤引起的细胞内钙超载有关。研究TP对动物实验性IRI的作用对于开发防治IRI的药物有重要意义。本文就近年来TP对实验动物各组织器官缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展作一综述。

This protective effect may be related to TP free radical scavenging, anti-lipid peroxidation , Improve the body’s antioxidant capacity and improve the oxidative stress injury caused by intracellular calcium overload. Studying the effect of TP on animal experimental IRI is of great significance for the development of anti-IRI drugs. This review summarizes the recent progress of TP on the protective effect of TP on the ischemia-reperfusion injury of tissues and organs of experimental animals.
