一、台阶前高抬腿跑接起跳 站在40—50厘米高的台阶或肋木前做3—5次原地或行进间高抬腿跑接起跳动作。摆动腿踏在台阶(或肋木)上(不要跳起),呈起跳离板姿势。 目的:加强走、跳、蹬、摆配合,培养建立起跳动作动力定型。 要求:两腿在剪绞中完成起跳,起跳腿一侧积 First, the step before the high-rise leg run take-off jump station 40-50 cm high or before the ribs to do 3-5 times in situ or high leg run away take-off action.
