对于高墩(40m)、超小曲线半径(R=180m)箱梁架设,采用传统方法会存在箱梁无法配重、架桥机无法就位、正常就位后无法喂梁的问题。本文依托白河互通立交工程项目,对普通的双导梁架桥机进行简单改造,采用增加临时支腿以及旋转、横移架桥机的方法,克服了过孔和喂梁的技术难题;对比了B匝道4跨梁的不同架梁方案的经济效益,得出增加临时支腿、架桥机架设的施工方法能极大地节约施工成本。箱梁架设后安全性、稳定性和精度等均满足要求,工程实施取得了良好的效果。
