随着高职院校的快速发展,特别是国家提出“大力发展职业教育”后,我国的高等职业教育进入了新的阶段,岗位聘任制实行的“身份管理向岗位管理转变”的机制解决了长期以来“铁饭碗”带来的诸多弊端,调动了广大教职工的积极性和创造性,但同时对传统的人员管理提出挑战。从人力资源管理研究领域选取绩效考核为研究范围,在绩效管理的理论框架内、研究高职院校教职工绩效考核综合评价体系以达到高职院校实施绩效管理的目的。人力资源管理体系中核心的内容是绩效管理,而绩效管理中的关键环节是绩效考核。
With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, especially after the state has proposed “vigorously developing vocational education”, the higher vocational education of our country has entered a new stage. The change of the status management to the post management “ Has solved many shortcomings brought about by the ”iron rice bowl" for a long time and mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast number of faculty and staff members, but at the same time challenged the traditional personnel management. From the research field of human resource management, we choose the performance appraisal as the research scope and study the comprehensive appraisal system of the performance appraisal of the faculty and staff in higher vocational colleges in the theoretical framework of performance management so as to achieve the purpose of performance management in higher vocational colleges. Human resources management system is the core content of performance management, and performance management is the key link in performance appraisal.
